- A background in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering (or similar discipline) ,
- An understanding of basic quality control or assurance concepts ,
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation ,
- Clear communication skills and confidence asking questions when unsure ,
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to learn fast in a technical environment ,
- A desire to contribute directly to missions that will go to space
