Opportunity Description
The Quality Specialist plays a meaningful role in driving a Quality‑First culture across the Sales Order Management (SOM) function. This role is accountable for conducting quality reviews, ensuring process integrity, enabling compliance, and continuously improving order management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Review & Assurance
- Perform quality checks for CAA, billing and entitlement Cases, Compliance Tickets, and all entitlement activities.
- Review errors flagged by the Business Rules Engine; investigate and ensure timely resolution.
- Verify adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain a culture that promotes open communication, continuous learning, and speak‑up behaviors.
