Quality Specialist

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Quality Specialist in Tucson, Arizona for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role provides quality support in a composite and machining factory environment with a focus on product compliance, process adherence, inspection support, and quality system execution. The position works closely with factory teams and stakeholders to help maintain product quality and support daily manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality, or an associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a degree
