Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments: Setting gauges and preparation/ issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures Dimensional verificationHardness checkMill Certificate VerificationVTI Short term rental gauges Perform final check on finished parts and routers/ documentation/ inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s/ customers’ requrements Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test Perform threading inserts verification To raise Non-Conformance/ Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered To conduct internal process audit Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures Requirements
