Opportunity Description
My client, an Engineering company based in the Worcester area, is looking to recruit a Quality Technician on an initial temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave but there is a very good chance it will become a Permanent position for the right person due to continued growth.
The main function of the role is to perform final checks and release products for dispatch
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing/engineering
- Strong IT skills with experience of MRP systems
- Experience of inspecting and releasing products
- an ability to work closely with colleges across different departments
- Checking paperwork with strong attention to detail
This position is based on Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week with a degree of flexibility with your working hours. The pay-rate will be based on a salary of up to £34,000
