Quantity Surveyor Manager Requirements
- Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related subject, with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.
- Project management: lead all local and overseas projects including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection; submit a review analysis report to the board after each project completion. Overseas experience is a must.
- Communication and management of external parties, liaising closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
- Create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.
- Produce 2D plans, layouts, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD/Illustrator.
- Highest level of AutoCAD skill is preferred.
