Qualification:

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory)

  
  

Experience:

  Proven experience in Government projects and Consultancy firms is mandatory

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

  Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor project costs and ensure budget control

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare interim and final valuations

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulations
