We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with specialized knowledge and experience to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes managing the quantity of materials and labour used for the construction, with the objective of minimizing the costs while maintaining the quality standards. The successful candidate will be involved in maximizing project margin, adding value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Undertake feasibility studies on new developments and improvements including NPV/IRR calculations and accurately compute contract values.
