Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates, cost control, budgets, and bill of quantities.
• Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and technical drawings.
• Review all estimates, costings, and proposals.
• Provide cost advice, value engineering and risk management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed is preferred but not required
• 2-3 years experience in estimation and quantity surveying
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD and any QS software is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods and processes.
• Can start ASAP
