Our client is a well-established Construction and Civil Engineering company, they are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures.
• Prepare and process progress claims and variation order for both of sub-con and client.
• Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation.

Job Requirements

• Willingness to work on Alternate Half-Day Saturday (Bi-weekly, once every 2 weeks).
• Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Conversant with MS Office, particularly easy well versed in working with Excel spreadsheets is added advantage.
