Quantity Surveyor (Cleanroom/Laboratory Construction)

Reports to Head of Engineering. Primary work location: Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore.

• Attend site meetings and site briefings with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submission documents.
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities and other necessary documentation.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Calculate material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project cost and timeframe.
• Ensure works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site.
