Fetch recruitment are currently recruiting for a solid Quantity Surveyor to join a premier contractor in Oxfordshire. This isn't volume house building; my client specializes in high-spec, bespoke refurbishments for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on projects with values typically up to £5m.
If you have a background in the luxury market and understand the level of detail and discretion required when dealing with private clients, this is a top role with a highly respected firm.
The Role
You will be responsible for the commercial management of high-end residential estates and period property remodels. We need someone who is commercially sharp and can manage the complexities of bespoke, white-glove construction projects.
