• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop project cost plans and budgets.

2. Contract and Procurement Management

• Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, bid documents, and tender submissions.
