Industry: Civil Construction & Road Works

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
• Handle measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Manage project costing, variation orders (VO), and progress claims.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers and government authorities.
• Monitor project costs to ensure work stays within budget.
• Prepare reports related to project costing and financial status.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in construction industry.
• Experience handling JKR-related documentation or government projects is an added advantage.
• Familiar with tender process, BQ preparation and contract administration.
