What You’ll Be Driving:

• Cost planning, estimates, tenders, and contract administration
• Providing expert commercial input on building services and infrastructure projects
• Building strong client relationships and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams

What You Bring:

• Relevant DEGREE and Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (ASAQS)
• Minimum 8+ years proven track record in building services and infrastructure projects
• Leadership, commercial insight, and problem‑solving ability
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be completely fluent in English and Afrikaans
• A proactive, results‑driven mindset
• The passion to grow with the company into a senior role
