QUANTITY SURVEYOR

esponsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects
• Monitor project expenses and track budget allocation
• Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices
• Prepare tender documents and assist in contract negotiations
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
