Quantity Surveyor

Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore (North Singapore).

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage project costs and contracts, evaluate payment claims, conduct site measurements, prepare budgets, and handle contract administration. You will negotiate with vendors, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, coordinate material requests, maintain documentation, and support the project team with commercial and administrative tasks.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents based on project drawings and specifications.
• Review, draft, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
• Conduct on-site measurements to support progress claims and variation assessments.
• Prepare valuation reports and progress claims.
