Job Responsibilities
- Study and review the tender documents, which include specifications, drawings, commercial requirements and technical requirements.
- Attends to site meetings and tender show rounds as and when required.
- Attend site visits and familiar with our project sites progress and clarification.
- Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, materials and equipment.
- Estimation of indirect costs.
- Compile unit rates, construction equipment rates and other cost information requirement for the bid.
- Compile realistic budgeting / costing analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of tender summary for management review.
- Prepare supporting information for the management during tender negotiation stage.
- Assist the Project Manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims.
