.As a Quoting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales team as they work with existing and potential customers across an array of industries. Technical Sales Coordinator will help organize and enter custom quote requests for the Sales team to deliver. Responsibilities: Data Entry into Xometry Quote Platform Retrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channels Organize information for engineering review Dimension Drawing review RFQ document comprehension CAD file review Engage with Sales personnel for document clarification and correction Complete online and offline templates with available information Produce DRAFT quotes per approved methodology Present / Submit DRAFT quotes to Quote Engineers Maintain quote databases in a real time basis Review and set-up custom quotes using Xometry’s platform Review 3D models and 2D drawings for the ...
