About the role
The position involves working as part of a dynamic team utilising innovative technology and new initiatives to deliver contemporary radiation therapy to patients within the Otago and Southland regions.
We have:
* two Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators equipped with ABC breath-hold equipment
* BrainLab with Exactrac on our existing Varian Truebeam to continue to provide the National Stereotactic Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery Service for New Zealand and enhance our established SABR programme
* a Siemens Go Open Pro CT with Varian Respiratory Gating system
* a number of other radiation oncology-specific features.
