" Shift hours: 5x8s (8a-430p) M-F

" Charting: Epic-required

" On Call: No Call

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Accept First-Time Travelers: No

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria


REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

" ARRT(M) and ARRT (R)

" BLS required

" VA State license-preferred

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Work Settings: Outpatient

" Procedures: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Needle Localization, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy

" Equipment: Siemens experience required. Will also be using Sectra PAC...
