The inbound raw material process is crucial for ensuring that a company has the materials to operate efficiently and meet customer demand. It focuses on the inflow of raw materials and goods into a facility and is of great importance to our supply chain – raw material inbound – ensuring correct delivery times from suppliers and managing the internal flow that affects production.

Responsibilities

• Analyse raw materials stock, orders to suppliers, sales forecast and consumptions to guarantee stocks at the target level in line with company policies, interacting with internal and external functions to maintain that level.
• Manage the arrivals of materials by maintaining the right balance between inbound goods and demand for finished products.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery times.
