Key Responsibilities and Duties/Tasks

• Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials based on approved specifications.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and performance testing for dry-mix and coatings as required.
• Compound raw materials into finished products and evaluate their performance according to specifications.
• Perform stability testing of compounded finished products, ensuring compatibility within the declared shelf life.
• Review supplier COA and compare with internal test results based on evaluation findings.
• Approve or reject materials based on evaluation outcomes.
• Prepare lab reports and maintain proper documentation.
