Are you an experienced leader ready to drive performance on the workshop floor? Hynds is looking for a hands‑on Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our RAWE Manufacturing and Pukekohe Workshop sites.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you'll supervise workshop and stone box operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People — keeping production running smoothly while leading a team that's proud of what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading daily toolbox meetings and maintaining a safe, high-performing workshop environment
• Monitoring product quality, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement
• Managing production planning, recording, and reporting to site leadership
• Overseeing staff inductions, training, leave, and day‑to‑day crew management
• Minimising waste and managing raw materials, consumables, and PPE distribution
