R&D Lab Manager

Responsibilities : 1. Ensure availability to perform the necessary tests in the development of new R&D, procurement, and quality products by managing vacations, resources, maintenance, headcount, and training; 2. Ensure rapid support for the quality team in the event of specific studies of quality issues, assisting in negotiating current laboratory demands, understanding the degree of criticality each demand presents for business continuity and adequate service to the company's customers, not just the laboratories; 3. Ensure infrastructure availability to perform tests according to any client's needs; 4. Guide clients on the processes and procedures for requesting and performing tests in R&D laboratories; 5.
