Take the main responsibility for the product standardization, continuously improve the engineering design efficiency by developing digitalized tools, as well as the digitalized processes, etc. Lead the work and support team member to do a good job in their daily job, continuously monitor the project status, time plan and budget, reporting to local PCM/global PCM etc. Cooperate with cross functional departments to drive the projects moving forward.
