R&D Manager

The R&D Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and technical execution of the company research projects. This role includes project management and technical leadership, ensuring that the research milestones are met while actively identifying and securing future funding and research project opportunities.

The R&D Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all technical activities within a research scope. This includes supervising laboratory or field operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all research staff meet the standards of technical requirement. The Manager is responsible for identifying new research opportunities and authoring high-level proposals to secure new research projects. The Manager conducts initial data reviews and validates technical findings to ensure accuracy before reporting progress to the PI.
