Role Overview

• Designs & develops leave on and rinse off formulations that are innovative, cost-effective and consumer‑centric with minimal supervision. Project can cover new product development, product upgrades and cost savings. Ensures product stability, functionality, safety and optimization of product aesthetics. Leads relevant technical documentation, including but not limited to ingredient listing, product specification, raw material specification and claims support.
