Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Utilize AppFolio to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate property-level financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property owners and management
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and vendor accounts
• Track rental income, security deposits, and property-related expenses
