- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine property values and market conditions.
- Develop marketing strategies, including creating property listings and hosting open houses.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
