Opportunity Description
The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and managing transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements.
- Help buyers and sellers navigate contracts, negotiations, and paperwork.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with other professionals (inspectors, lawyers, etc.) throughout the transaction process.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property listings.
- Real estate license or certification (required).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus.
