Real Estate Broker/Agent (Sales & Transactions)

We ara looking for a Real Estate Broker/Agent (Sales & Transactions) who will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract execution. He/she will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Sales transaction: Writing offers, (zipfroms) working with MLS
• Marketing - constant contact, canva Transaction management- Google sheets
• CRM review data entry
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property tours, market analyses, and client consultations
• Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures
