Job Description

• Assist in managing leasing operations and tenant relations.
• Support property management with leasing activities and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate property viewings and maintain leasing documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to potential residents.
• Help with marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Assist in processing applications and lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with applicants.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a college/bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing
• At least 2-3 years experience in Sales and Leasing
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can handle inquiries, ads, getting sales and leasing projects
• Preferably with customer service experience
• Amenable to work in Makati
• Real estate experience is a must
