The Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on Real Estate and Energy to join a forward-thinking team in Exeter. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of renewable energy projects, including onshore wind, solar, EV, battery storage, hydro, and other cutting-edge technologies.

As part of this role, you will manage an interesting caseload that includes drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements, options, leases, easements, and grid connection agreements. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including corporate, construction, and planning, to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients in the renewable energy sector.
