Role Overview

The Real Estate Manager supports the UAE expansion program by locating, negotiating properties for new stores, and managing landlord relationships to control rental costs.

Client Details

Our client is an international F&B chain operating 100+ restaurants across GCC, largely in UAE, aiming to more than double in size over five years, becoming one of the largest QSR chains in the region.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential new locations, present commercially viable proposals for approval from CEO/CFO to meet new store targets, identify future expansion opportunities.
• Review existing locations and manage lease renewals in line with contract expiry timelines; negotiate favorable commercial terms to reduce costs.
• Identify portfolio risks requiring exit strategy to maintain commercial viability; execute exits without penalties and propose alternative locations promptly.
