Real Estate Paralegal

Job Summary: For full-time employment as a Real Estate Paralegal, you will support the Hospitality & Leisure practice group and work under the guidance of the Practice Group Leader. This position is available in the Chicago, IL, New York City, NY, Phoenix, AZ, or Washington, DC offices.

Primary responsibilities are directed by practice group lawyers and include:

• Conducting and coordinating due diligence, including reviewing title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and supporting documents.


• Assisting with the preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents.


• Managing and coordinating the closing of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, as well as debt and equity transactions.
