Real Estate Paralegal - NYC or NJ

Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their New York or New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting complex real estate transactions, including title and survey review, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Key Qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant commercial real estate paralegal experience • Proficiency in reviewing title and survey documents and managing transaction closings • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate required This is an excellent opportunity to work with a nationally recognized real estate team on sophisticated, high-value matters.
