Real Estate SaaS Support Specialist

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist located in Colombia to assist with customer interactions and technical troubleshooting for our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong real estate background and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will manage customer calls, provide feedback on dashboard setups, and perform quality assurance tasks. Training will consist of 40 hours over two weeks to ensure readiness for the position.
