Opportunity Description
The DAPO Group is looking for a motivated, dependable, and client-focused Real Estate Agent Partner to join our growing real estate team serving clients across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
This role is perfect for a licensed agent who enjoys working with buyers, loves being in the field, and wants consistent opportunities without having to generate all of their own leads from scratch. You will play a key role in helping clients tour homes, experience the market firsthand, and move confidently toward making an offer.
Compensation:$80,000 - $160,000
Responsibilities:
- Show homes to buyer clients throughout the Maryland & DC area
- Coordinate and confirm showing appointments, home inspections, and walkthroughs
- Provide professional, warm, and knowledgeable service during tours
- Communicate buyer feedback and insights to the lead agent/team
- Support clients throughout the home search process
