Real Estate Specialist

Job Description
The Real Estate Specialist operates as a senior individual contributor, overseeing routine and moderately complex lease renewals, amendments, and landlord interactions across facilities and Partners. As a shared service, this role ensures continuity of critical facilities, protects organizational interests in negotiations, and maintains accurate portfolio data to support enterprise-wide real estate strategy. The Specialist provides input to operational goals and may lead small projects or initiatives within the real estate function.

You Will:
• Conduct market research and comparative site analysis to support acquisition decisions
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership
• Join site tours with facilities teams to evaluate real world opportunities
• Support negotiations by organizing data, financials, and documentation
• Translate incomplete or ambiguous (“nebulous”) information into clear insights
