Real estate virtual assistant / Internal Sales Agent

Overview

We are a U.S.-based real estate operation focused on generating consistent deal flow through high-volume outreach and disciplined follow-up.

We are hiring a top-performing Virtual Assistant / Internal Sales Agent (ISA) to handle cold calling, SMS follow-up, and appointment setting with U.S. homeowners, buyers, and investors.

This is a performance-driven role — we are not looking for average VAs. We are looking for someone who can produce results consistently.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–200+ outbound calls per day to U.S.-based leads
• Follow up via SMS and phone to re-engage prospects
• Qualify leads and set appointments directly into our system
• Handle objections and guide conversations confidently
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates in Follow Up Boss
