This popular City firm is looking to hire an experienced lawyer to work on a varied workload of high value andplex real estate transactions. You will be working with a diverse client base includingmercial clients and corporate occupiers, institutional investors and investment funds, registered housing providers and developers, lenders, funders and financial institutions. You will be advising on acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant work and investment transactions as well as real estate finance matters, including acting for borrowers and lenders (any funding experience advantageous).
