Real-Time WFM Analyst: Intraday Reporting & Scheduling

Everise is looking for a Workforce Management, Real Time Analyst (RTA) in Pasig, Philippines. In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for service-related escalations and monitor real-time floor activities to ensure adherence to operational plans.
