Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough checks on incoming food and non-food items, ensuring compliance with company and group policies.
- Monitor food temperatures and verify the quantity of items received.
- Scan all incoming invoices into the system on a daily basis.
- Post goods receipts into the system to maintain accurate records.
- Identify and reject goods that do not meet hotel policies, utilizing the proper rejection form.
- Collaborate with Central Purchasing at Shared Services to address Goods rejected or PO-related issues promptly.
- Maintain the beverage store inventory to ensure an adequate supply for daily operations.
- Conduct monthly beverage stock counts for all beverage stores.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in implementing new processes and systems when required.
