Opportunity Description

Job Purpose:

  • Ensuring smooth administrative support for the office

  • Dealing with suppliers to provide the administrative support.

  • Implementing other administrative tasks as needed and upon request.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage all receptionist duties

  • Provide support to office administration and the Senior Management team 

  • Handle claims and expenses, travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, gift arrangements and other client hospitality requirements for the Senior Management team 

  • Coordinate with internal parties on daily business support

  • Maintain vendor agreements’ database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting documents and reports

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
