- Providing efficient administrative and project support for membership operations
- Processing new member joins quickly and accurately
- Contacting unfinancial members to update their details or rejoin
- Maintaining membership records and data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Answering phones, emails, and managing daily correspondence
