The role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients visitors and colleagues delivering a professional discreet and welcoming front-of-house service in a legal environment. The role is responsible for managing reception operations handling calls and enquiries coordinating meeting rooms and supporting lawyers and business professionals teams with day-to-day office requirements. The Receptionist represents the firms values and brand maintaining the highest standards of professionalism confidentiality and client service at all times.
Key responsibilities

- Answering and management calls
- Registering visitors with building management and greet upon arrival
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
