Opportunity Description
We are looking for a professional and well‑presented Receptionist to join a high‑end office/showroom environment.
The role includes welcoming and greeting customers, answering calls and messages, managing appointments, assisting visitors, maintaining front‑desk organization, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, confident, and able to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist, front‑desk, or customer service experience. Good English communication skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is important. Basic CRM experience is preferred.
