Responsibilities
- Booking system – should be good in salon software.
- Digital communication – managing appointments, sending confirmations and handling inquiries across WhatsApp, email, Instagram & TikTok.
- Admin & financials – manage inventory, process payments & invoices, handle petty cash & generate daily reports.
- Salon experience – 2 years.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties with professionalism.
- Strong Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Exceptional Communication and Client Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
