Receptionist

Professional showroom for prestige vehicles is on the lookout for their next director of first impressions / Receptionist.

THE JOB:

• Answer overflow of Sales, Service & Parts calls into the dealership re-direct or take a message.
• Post sale and Service feedback calls.
• Strong PC skills
• Meet and greet ALL walk-in customers with a HAPPY FRIENDLY face.
• Offer & make Coffee, Tea or Water to waiting customers.
• Help the Sales team by setting a customer up on test drive of a new or used vehicle.
• General tidy up of all waiting areas of the showroom including coffee machine.
